Here is a brief guide to sown you the flow of a VB Media Order.
Start with an Order
First you need to start with an order and their are 3 ways to achieve this:
- Customer places order on the website
- An order is manually created
- A quote is converted to an order
Accept the Order
Accepting the order only serves back end functions. Such as moving it from a temporary basket database to the production database.
Process the Order
See: Processing an Order
Process the order to add the following information:
- Choose a supplier for each item
- Confirm delivery addresses (to you or the customer)
- Attach artwork files
Complete The Order
Once you are happy that the order is finished you can mark it as complete.
